Using Acuity, you will be able to book services at each of our Ottawa locations.

1. Click on the service you would like to book
2. Choose an instructor
3. Choose the date(s) and time(s) that work for your schedule
   • If you are hoping to book multiple lessons at once, you can do so by choosing the "recurring" option after you have chosen your first lesson.
   • Once you click on "recurring" you can then click on the "add an additional time" option
4. Complete the intake form
5. Enter your credit card information

Once you have completed the booking process, choose "Register for an Account" which will be on the right-hand side of the booking confirmation page. Once you register you will be able to log in to view, cancel, reschedule, and schedule your upcoming services.

HIPPO DEAL PACKAGES: You must purchase a Hippo Deal package before you can apply the purchased credits to lessons. We are unable to retroactively provide Hippo Deal discounts if you purchase multiple individual lessons. When you purchase one of our Hippo Deal packages, the system will provide you with a unique booking code for the number of lessons you purchased! These credits can be used at our Nepean and Stittsville pool locations. Any unused or cancelled lessons will automatically go back onto your code. This makes booking, rescheduling, and re-booking cancelled lessons a breeze for clients to do online through our booking system!
